A time honoured practice of saluting our life-giving sun through cleansing sequences of yoga salutations. Salutation sequences have been practiced daily for thousands of years and work to improve strength, stamina, agility and mindful focus. Utilising yoga asana, pranayama and mediative techniques, each class is uniquely sequenced considering seasonal and celestial change for optimal benefit. It's not often we take time to reflect on the ever reliable rise of the sun and it's awe inspiring magnificence. Sunday Sun Salutations will do more than just condition your body, they will take you to a place of gratitude and self reflection. A place of deep internal growth. Your body can only be as strong and flexible as your mind. So take your cue from the sun and rise and shine. - Suitable for beginners to intermediate Yogis, 13+ - Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. - Avoid eating a heavy meal before hand. - Waiver to be signed prior to your first class. - Mats and props are available for use though you are welcome to bring your own.
